Heal Yourself with EFT Tapping

By Janice Sherman

EFT tapping is an alternative modality that seeks to stimulate the pathways, or meridians, of the energetic body.

Although some research attributes improved mental outlook and mood to the placebo effect, practitioners may find this drug-free tool useful.

  • Cheeks: And it keeps me from enjoying what I am doing.

  • Under Nose: I don’t know what this is about,

  • Under Chin: But I choose to love and accept myself.

  • Chest: Even though I wish I were perfect, I choose to let that go. Now, check-in with yourself.

Example #2

  • Eyebrows: What is that about?

  • Side of Eyes: Is it true that I need to be perfect? Is it really true ?

  • Under Nose: I choose to care for myself.

  • Chin: I choose to release this need to be perfect 100% of the time.

  • Chest: I choose to let it go! Check in with yourself. How do you feel?

Example #3:

  • Top of Head: It is NOT possible to be perfect!

  • Eyebrows: When I make mistakes,

  • Side of Eyes: I am learning & growing.

  • Cheeks: Even though this is not easy, I choose GROWTH.

  • Under Nose: I am growing, learning, and healing.

  • Chin: I choose to GROW.

  • Hands on Heart: Take a deep breath in/deep breath out.
