Classes

My classes are grounded in anatomy and alignment. My priority is functional movement for daily life activities. I believe consistency and subtle changes are vital to improved well-being.

Vinyasa classes feature a warm-up phase followed by vinyasa (flow), standing balance, and varied inversion and backbend combinations. I use pose variations and props to ensure proper alignment and safety.

Chair Yoga offers a head-to-toe workout with select standing poses and seated variations offered at the end of class.

Private and Group Classes

Private and group classes are available, and I offer a free demo class to businesses seeking to improve employee wellness.

Private Class Policy-

Except for emergency, private classes require a 24 hour cancellation notice or payment of the class fee is required.

  • Online private classes will be $30 per class or $100 for a set of 4 classes.

  • All online group classes will be $20 per class or $70 for a set of 4 classes.

  • In-person private classes will be $75 per class.

  • In-person group classes will be $20 per person or $70 for a set of 4 classes
